To avoid any online service fees for registration, just mail in your entry. Click here for a copy of the registration form and waiver.
Bibs can be picked up at the race start on race day. We will also have pre-race bib pick-up at Sports Basement of Sunnyvale on February 27th (11-8) and 28th (11-5).
If the race has not sold out before then, race day registration will be available. If the race has sold out, it will be announced on this page, the home page and our active.com registration page. If you don't see "sold out" posted clearly in all these locations, you can safely assume you will not be turned away on race day. Fees for this race (and all Santa Clara County Parks races) are little bit higher than at most other venues. This is because the Santa Clara County Parks Department requires not only the usual permit fees, reservation fees and staff overtime fees (which can total 10-20% of the gross receipts), but they also require us to reserve 100% of the park picnic areas (at a cost of thousands of dollars) since our runners use the parking for those in the morning, plus require an additional flat 10% of the gross receipts.
A very sizeeable portion of each runner's entry fee will go directly to the Santa Clara County Parks Department. We regret that this forces us to increase entry fees so that the race can still exist.
