ROCKY RIDGE 10K

10K runners

START TIME

The 10K will begin at 8:15.

COURSE MARKING

All participants can receive a copy of their appropriate course map (with mile markers and aid station locations noted) on race day.

The 10K course will be marked with blue ribbons and flour.

AID STATIONS

There will be two aid stations on the course, one just before heading up Rocky Ridge View and one up on the ridge, before you turn to come back down. Both will be fully stocked with water, sports drink, gels, pretzels, candy, etc. Those who may need water more frequently are advised to carry their own water bottle.

BATHROOMS

Toilets will be available at the race start/finish area and about 1.25 miles into the race near the parking of the staging area at the bottom of Rocky Ridge View Trail.
